Ubaldino Figueroa, 84, of Marlborough passed away unexpectedly on June 26, 2026 in his home.
Ubaldino was born in Puerto Rico, the son of the late, Eduardo Figueroa and Tomasa Rivera and was one of 21 children. He was the husband of Milagros Acevedo. He loved his family most of all. He loved it when his family would all get together. He also loved his dogs. He loved to make people laugh. He loved to work and do things with his hands. He loved playing his güiro for the church as it was his way of praising God.
Ubaldino is survived by his wife of 61 years, Milagros Acevedo; his 6 children, Jose Figueroa and his wife Zulma Padilla of Naranjito Puerto Rico, Sandra Figueroa of Marlborough, Milagros Figueroa and her husband Jose Green of Naranjito, Puerto Rico, Waleska Figueroa and her husband Angel Burgos of Leominster, Jennifer Figueroa and her husband Rey Perez of Maynard and Christopher Figueroa and his wife Maiza Figueroa of Marlborough; along with his 10 grandchildren, Jose, Luis, Sherley, Bryan, Josnnier, Kathleen, Jennielyz, Arthur, Giovannelyz and Mileshka, and his great grandchild, Ian.
He is also survived by many siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation to honor Ubaldino will be at the Short & Rowe Funeral Home, 95 West Main Street, Marlborough on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 9-11 am.
Burial will be private.
