Thomas “Tom” Feldmar of Clinton passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2025.
Tom was born in Boston, MA, the son of Emeric Feldmar and Maria Sheehan. Tom graduated from Assabet Valley Technical High School in Marlborough, class of 2007. He worked as an engineer.
Tom is survived by his wife Kristen (Marino) Feldmar, his son Christopher Feldmar, both of Clinton, his parents, Emeric Feldmar and his wife Teresa Boucher of Billerica and his mother Maria Sheehan, his sister Paula Feldmar of Worcester, his grandmother Kiki Feldmar of Dartmouth, his uncle, Peter Feldmar of Wareham, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Karen and Thomas Marino, his brother-in- law Sean Marino, his sister-in-law Caroline Hare and her husband Travis, his nephew Owen Hare, his stepbrothers and stepsister, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Tom was a big guy with an even bigger heart. His height made him stand closer to heaven, a heaven he tried to create on earth for others. He lived every day trying to make life better for those around him and was always willing to lend a helping hand. If anyone needed anything, Tom was the first one to jump to the task. He was known for his humor and how he could make a room erupt with laughter.
His humor and height won over his wife. Tom could not go out in public without someone knowing him and stopping to chat. He lived for those moments.
Tom was passionate about football, engineering, and robotics. He spent many years doing robotics at Shrewsbury and Assabet. He was looking forward to when his son would be old enough to start robotics so he could share his knowledge, stories, and help him to learn. He spent many weekends watching robotics competitions on tv.
He loved football and spent the best years of his life playing and coaching for Assabet. His teammates and the players he coached gave him unmeasurable joy. He was never short on stories about football and was always willing to share those moments in his life with others. His friendships through football were cherished beyond any possession. There weren’t many things in life that gave him greater joy than football, except his son Christopher.
