Peter Soumoulis

Peter Soumoulis 83, of Marlborough passed away peacefully on Wednesday December 25, 2024 at Bear Mountain of Sudbury after a brief illness.

He was born in Marlborough, the son of the late Cosmos Soumoulis and Irene (Karagozie) Soumoulis Cafarella.

Peter is survived by his daughters Pamela Soumoulis and Michelle Riccio, his sons Douglas Riccio and William Riccio. He is also survived by his grandchildren Tiffany, Alex, Evan and Justina, his great grandchildren Alyssa, River, Valerie and Joshua and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Nancy Soumoulis in 1985, his brother Paul Soumoulis in 2001, his son David Soumoulis in 2019 and longtime companion Ann Price in 2021.

Peter served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1959-1963. He worked many years for General Motors in Framingham before his retirement. During his retirement he enjoyed traveling, fine dining and New England sports events. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor by all.

A Graveside service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 11 am in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough.
