Norma Ann (Baldelli) Scerra

Norma Ann Scerra, 93, of Marlborough, MA passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at The Reservoir Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Marlborough surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Marlborough, MA, the daughter of the late Elio and Rose (LaBossiere) Baldelli.

Norma married her husband Ferdinand A. Scerra, on April 5, 1953, and they enjoyed 69 years of marriage until his passing in 2022. 

Norma is survived by her 6 children, Robert “Bob” Scerra of Hudson, Jim Scerra of Marlborough, Carol Claybrook and her husband Donald of Shrewsbury, Kathleen Davis and her husband Jim of Marlborough, Tim Scerra of Marlborough, and Patrick Scerra of Marlborough.  She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Meaghan, Steve, Ryan, Brittany and Tyler; her 5 great grandchildren, Nate, Aracely, Adrian, Logan and Sylah; her honorary son Eric Genis; her sisters, Pauline Cavicchi and Carol Swift; her brother Joe Baldelli; Sliver the dog; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Gloria Guminak, Carl Baldelli, Robert Baldelli, Paul Baldelli and George Baldelli. 

Norma was known as Minnie to all, a name given to her by her grandson, Steve.  Norma enjoyed crossword puzzles, word searches and watching her soap opera, General Hospital.  She loved to walk even if it was just around the block.   

She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  They brought her so much joy.
