Nancy Jean (Garceau) Martin

Beloved Great-Grandmother, Grandmother, Mother and friend to many, Nancy Jean Martin 66 of Framingham passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday June 11, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Marlborough, the daughter of the late Ernest “Gus” and Dorothy M. (Cook) Garceau. Nancy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Northeastern University and worked for Digital Corp for many years.

Nancy is survived by her son Stephen Martinelli-Carneiro of Boston, daughter Jennifer Martin and her fiancé Jeffrey Norgoal of ME, 4 grandchildren, Alexis Martin, Mattheau Martin and his wife Vanessa Velasquez all of Framingham, David Tetreault Jr and Dylan Tetreault all of Holland, a great granddaughter Alaiyah, 2 brothers David and Michael Garceau and a sister Tracey Mann as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and 

friends.

She was a devoted grandmother, great grandmother who was extremely kind, caring, wise and selfless. Her family was her greatest treasure and spent her life nurturing and supporting them with unwavering love. She was very successful in the work she loved; she took pride in pushing her family to succeed and be the best version of themselves. Nancy constantly surrounded herself by her loved ones who she did anything and everything for, which is who she felt most comfortable and loved by. Nancy had a passion for movies, and the beach where her and her family would visit together on family vacations. She also was a strong believer in God and devoted her life to Him and his word. 

We take solace in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and in all of those who had the privilege of knowing her. “I love you to the moon and back again, to infinity and beyond and back again” -Gee 

A private Graveside Service will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough.
