Levon Gulbankian, 90, a lifelong resident of Marlborough passed away at his home on Sunday, April 27, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.
Levon was born in Marlborough, the son of the late Garabed and Verkin (Demoorjian) Gulbankian.
He owned and operated Gulbankian Mobile Home Village which he built from the ground up in 1973. He could build and fix anything.
His family was the largest tomato grower in the Northeast at one time. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and loved to travel
Levon is survived by his 2 daughters, Catherine Woods of Clinton, Nicole Gulbankian and her partner Sampson Abraha of Worcester, his son Levon Gulbankian and his partner Heather Duca of Marlborough, 7 grandchildren, Garrett, Jenna, Evelyn, Natalie, Jorden, Violet and Amani, 1 great grandson, Callahan and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
He was predeceased by his son Charles Gulbankian in 2007, his first wife and the mother of his children, Eileen Y. Gulbankian 2005, a brother Donald Gulbankian and his sister Dorothy Koltookian.
Levon was loved by his family and friends; he was generous to a fault and will be greatly missed by everyone that was lucky enough to know him.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11 am in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough.
Visitation will be held prior from 9:30-10:30 in the Short & Rowe Funeral Home, 95 W. Main St., Marlborough
