Kathleen "Kathy" M (Chamberlain) Hannon

Kathleen “Kathy” (Chamberlain) Hannon, 82, of Marlborough, passed away after a period of declining health in the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester, MA on February 13, 2026, with her family by her side.

Born in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late John and Bertha Chamberlain and a graduate of Marlborough High School.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, John J. Hannon of Marlborough, her brother Richard Chamberlain of Marlborough, her sisters-in-law, Rita Chamberlain of Maryland and Helen Hannon of Somerville, her niece Kalli Chamberlain of Viriginia, her nephews Patrick Chamberlain of California and Daniel Chamberlain of Chicago, her niece Terryn Hannon Renaud of Northborough and nephew Timothy Hannon of Marlborough and Holland, along with many extended family and friends.

She was predeceased by her brother, Jack Chamberlain, her brothers-in-law, Tim Hannon and Sonny Kerr, and her sister-in-law, Elaine Kerr.

Kathy worked for over four decades at Rockbestros-Surprenant Cable Corporation in Clinton where she made many lifelong friends.

She loved being with family and friends as well as taking the occasional trip to the casino and her weekly bingo get-togethers.

Kathy was a kind, loving, and compassionate person and is going to be deeply missed.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Short and Rowe Funeral Home, 95 W. Main Street, Marlborough, MA.
