Judi was born in Westboro, MA the daughter of the late Alfred and Rena (Scrivani) Maurice.
She was predeceased by her husband of 13 years, Roger P. Benesh, in 1986.

She enjoyed cooking for others and took pride in making homemade pasta, sauce and meatballs. Judi had a love for and found joy in reading historical and biographical novels. You would most often find Judi watching reruns of her favorite shows and she always knew “who did it” or what the next punch line was. Another favorite of Judi’s was going out to eat, often taking her grandchildren out to lunch or meeting up with friends. Most of all, she took great pride in her family and cherished her time with them.
After retirement, Judi was an active member of the General Motors retiree club and was the club Treasurer. A lifelong member of the Immaculate Conception Church, Judi was strong in her faith. At Saturday mass, she would be found in “her” pew reciting her prayers and catching up with some of her friends.
