John R. LaBarre

John R. LaBarre 42 of Boston and formerly of Hudson died at his home in Boston on Thursday, December 11, 2025.

John was born in Hudson, MA the son of Nicholas and the late MaryAnn (Miller) LaBarre.

He is survived by his father and stepmother Nicholas and Denise LaBarre of Templeton, 2 sisters, Jennifer Ferrecchia and her husband James of Sterling, Bobbie Jo LaBarre of Hudson, a brother Nick LaBarre Jr. and his wife Donna of Marlborough as well as several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

John was a sports enthusiast, especially the Boston Celtics.

Following Cremation a Celebration of John’s Life will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 4-6 pm in the Short & Rowe Funeral Home, 95 W. Main St., Marlborough, MA.

Burial will take place at a later date in the spring.
