Gayle E. (Hastings) Koser

Gayle E. Koser, 84 of Mashpee and formerly of Marlborough died on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Falmouth Hospital.

She was born in Johnstown, PA, the daughter of the late Walter and Dorothy (Maher) Hastings. Gayle earned her BA and worked as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years at Marlboro Hospital.

Gayle was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Charles F. Koser in 2005.

She is survived by her son Charles “Chip” Koser Jr and his wife Sheila of Mashpee, 2 daughters Susan A. Koser of Falmouth and Karen L. Koser of Framingham; 2 grandchildren, Karla and TJ; a brother, Walter “Peter” Hastings and his wife Joy of Sandwich.

Gayle was predeceased by her son, Thomas W. Koser in 2018.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 11a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough, MA.
