Arthur A Medeiros

Arthur August Medeiros, 92, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 in Cypress Palms in Largo, FL.

He was born in Marlborough, MA, the son of the late August and Mary (Costidio) Medeiros and moved to St. Pete Beach FL, 30 years ago after living most of his life in Marlborough. 

Arthur was predeceased by his wife of 62 years Mary (Pitman) Medeiros in 2016. He worked at the Raytheon Company for many years until his retirement.

He was a long-time member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Marlborough. He enjoyed spending his summers on Cape Cod and in Bridgton, ME, with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Arthur is survived by three sons; Richard Medeiros and his wife Donna of  New Port Richey, FL, Daniel Medeiros and his wife Ann Dolloff of Medfield, MA, Paul Medeiros and his wife Alyce of Meredith, NH, a daughter Deborah Stimson and her husband Glen of Belleair, FL, eight grandchildren; Holly Palmgren, Scott Medeiros, Ashley Lonergan, Wesley Medeiros, Misty Beck, Daisy Medeiros, Rory Medeiros and Riley Medeiros, seven great grandchildren; Sarah, Sean, Courtney, Kayle, Anna, Bethany, Ellis, a brother Edward Medeiros of Marlborough and many nieces and nephews.

He was also predeceased by his four sisters Evelyn Ferreira, Eva Medeiros, Anna Sarsfield, Monica Oram and a granddaughter Lacey.

There are no calling hours.

A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on December 20, 2025, at 10 AM, at the Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect St. Marlborough. The burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery.
