Ardis V. (Erickson) Spicer, 73, died Wednesday April 7, 2021 after a short period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Michael Spicer who died in 1994. They were married for 25 years. She was born in Renton WA, the daughter of the late John and Ive (Bevers) Erickson and lived in Marlborough for many years.
She graduated from Minot State University in North Dakota (class of 1969), where she received her degree in education. She worked as an assistant buyer for the Fabric Place in Framinghamprior to her retirement. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting and was a member of the crocheting club at the Marlborough Senior Center where she loved to spend her free time.
She is survived by a son Sean Spicer of Marlborough and his girlfriend Deborah Carey of Hudson.
